Villa Girasole
Villa converted from an old brickwork with a vaulted ceiling made with bricks and ‘cotto' tiles
The 90mq villa covers two floors and has a garden with a BBQ, access to the pool area, and it is located in the quiet village of Renai at an altitude of 200m. It can accommodate 5 + 2 people.
Let us introduce you Villa Girasole, our villa nestled in the sunflower and olive fields of Chianti, in a small and quiet village. The house has a 12 x 6 meters swimming pool, surrounded by a large solarium, equipped with gazebos, umbrellas, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from May to the beginning of October. The swimming pool the tennis table and the bowling are shared with another apartment of the same size (2 flats share the pool). Around the pool, a large lawn allows you to maintain distance and privacy. If you want to relax, try the hammock area in the company of birds singing.
The villa has 90 square meters and is on two floors. On the ground floor: dining room and living room with two sofas (one of them is a double sofa-bed), kitchenette, full bathroom with shower, laundry.
The ground floor overlooks the garden through a porch with table, chairs, and barbecue. By a brick staircase we arrive at the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a small bedroom with a single bed, full bathroom with shower. There are shops, restaurants, riding stables and tennis courts nearby (3-10 km), and from the local railway station you can catch a train to cities like Florence.
