Villa Lavanda

The 90mq house covers one floors and has a garden with a BBQ, access to the pool area, and it is located in the quiet village of Renai at an altitude of 200m. It can accommodate 5 + 2 people.
Let us introduce you Villa Lavanda, our villa nestled in the sunflower and olive fields of Chianti, in a small and quiet village. The swimming-pool (12x6 meters), surrounded by a large solarium, is well-equipped with gazebos, umbrellas, deck chairs and an outdoor shower. It has a beautiful view that becomes breathtaking at sunset. The pool is open from May to the beginning of October. The swimming pool, ping pong table and the bowling alley are shared with another flat of the same size. Around the pool a large lawn allows you to maintain distance and privacy. If you want to relax, try the hammock area with a refreshing drink. The flat measures 90 sqm and is located on the ground floor.
The apartment has a cool outdoor terrace with table and chairs, which overlooks a private spacious garden, with lawn bordered by lavender, roses, and a gravel driveway.
Inside, a country-style kitchen opens to the living room with two sofas (one of them is a double a sofa-bed) and a fireplace, two double bedrooms, one small room with a single bed, and two bathrooms with shower. Outside there is a laundry room with a washing-machine and drying rack. There are shops, restaurants, riding stables and tennis courts nearby (3-10 km), and from the local railway station you can catch a train to cities like Florence.
