Frequently asked questions
Q: What is the internet connection speed?
A: The internet connection of the three houses has a power of 30 mbps download/ 3mbps upload. You can connect your devices with WiFi or via LAN cable of 10 m that we will provide at your arrival. If you are working from home, we suggest you to use the LAN cable, and to limit the use of the WiFi on the other devices; by doing that the quality of the connection will improve.
Q: Is the pool private? And how big it is?
A: Yes, the pool is private.
The pool area is shared between two houses that can host 5 + 2 guests. Every house has his own umbrella, sunbeds and gazebo.
The pool is 12x6 metres, and has two level of depth. On the right is 1,20 m deep, on the left is 1,70 m deep. Every morning at 8:30AM, Cinzia and Katia clean the pool. For your entertainment, we provide inflatables such as inflatable mattresses, inflatable donut.
Q: Is it possible to buy your olive oil? Do you ship it?
A: Yes, it is possible and we ship it.
We harvest olives starting from the end of October until mid-November, so the new Extra Vergine olive oil is available from that period of time. Our olive oil is made in the local olive oil mill with two procedures: the first one is natural without filtration, the second one is filtered for conserving it well throughout the year. For shipping, we recommand this second kind. If you are interested in buying the new olive oil, we can send you some samples before your purchase.
During 2020, our company received state aid and de minimis aid published in the RNA "Transparency Section" as per Article 52 of Law 234/2012.
