Villa Pino
Renovated part of an ex-monastery from the XII century, located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.
The 120 sqm house covers three floors and has a garden with BBQ, a children's play area, and it is located in the pittoresque village of Il Pino at an altitude of 300 m. It can accommodate 4+2 people.
Let us introduce you Villa Pino, our villa nestled in the grape and olive fields of Chianti, in a small village where every day the baker arrives with fresh bread, pizza and schiacciata. Enjoy the tranquillity and abundance of the Tuscan countryside while reading a book in the spacious garden. The 90 sqm house covers three floors and has a garden with BBQ, table and chairs, including a children's play area, all at an altitude of 300 m. The ground floor has a dining area, a double bedroom, a full bath as well as a laundry room with washing machine.
The first floor has a living room with fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (with large fridge, oven, dishwasher, and all cooking supplies) with a balcony, perfect for outdoor eating. The second floor has two double bedrooms, with a working space and a full bath. There are shops, restaurants, riding stables and tennis courts nearby (3-10 km), and from the local bus station you can catch a bus to cities like Florence.
